Swatch: Cashmere Waterproof Gliding Liner, Tarte

Black eye pencil can look harsh and severe, but a nice matte black is always as soft as a cashmere sweater.

I suppose that’s why the team at Tarte named this gorgeous matte black shade of eye pencil “Cashmere”! Envoke The Smoke, tarte

This tarte eye shadow quad–Envoke The Smoke–was a part of their recent QVC limited-edition value set Miracle of Maracuja.  Today I just wanted to give you a closer look at these vibrant colors, so you can see them for yourself!  Quite simply, seeing a photo of this eyeshadow in it’s container doesn’t do the product any justice.  These shadows have a luminous finish, with the exception of dark ash which is a deep matte black/brown.
