Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer, NARS
It has been a pleasure to sample the recently-released NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer formula. Generally speaking, I’m not a big fan of tinted moisturizers. I prefer the look of more coverage, or should I say I “require” more coverage. NARS Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer is a bit more opaque than the standard tinted moisturizer. Also, the coverage is buildable, so you can apply the product lighter on areas that are naturally pristine, but apply a second time to problem spots that need more coverage and concealment. I’ve been a big fan of tinted moisturizers this Summer. But I have to say… finding the right one for your skin-tone is as tricky as selecting a foundation!
If your skin tends to be a wee bit orange, you’ll like Dr. Dennis Gross All-In-One Tinted Moisturizer Sunscreen SPF 15 in light/medium. This tinted moisturizer actually provides more coverage than most, and blends to a delightful tan/coral shade. For me, this shade simply doesn’t work. I’m way too pale! Despite the name “light/medium”, I personally think someone with solidly medium skin-tone would do quite nicely with this product… plus, it has an SPF15!

When I really need my hair to be straight and smooth, I blow it dry in tiny sections and use the Earth Therapeutics Ceramic Styling Brush.
