This week, the illustrious members of “Weekly Shopping and Goodies” are posting about their favorite sexy Spring shoes. You’ll most certainly read about many a Spring stiletto in this week’s link roundup, but Raging Rouge has a different definition of sexy.
I’m a full-time Mom of two, and in warm weather I need shoes with three (perhaps conflicting) qualities: style, comfort, and the ability to keep up with a three-year-old on a bicycle. I can’t think of a stiletto that can accomplish this, but certainly my Havaianas can!
There is a HUGE difference between Havaianas and the average rubber sandal. Havaianas have a thick, super-spongy sole that is extremely comfortable, even when you’re on your feet for long periods of time. They’re also anything but plain. I love the artistry on the soles. I personally found the navy peacock design (pictured) to be most eye-catching (and the gold strap is super glam). The selection of designs is so diverse, Havaianas are even available in glow-in-the-dark styles!
Celebrity addicts include Jennifer Aniston, Reese Witherspoon, and Cameron Diaz. Who else loves Havaianas? Christian Louboutin himself has said “Every woman should own three pairs of shoes- high heels, flat shoes and Havaianas.” Chew on that!
