Based on this image of the Essie Summer 2010 Collection, I have some shopping to do! The shade “pretty edgy” is definitely something I wouldn’t ordinarily wear… and yet it’s the shade I want most!
Here’s what the founder–Essie Weingarten–has to say about the Summer 2010 color palette:
“This year’s runways reflected the ease of the season with youthful, upbeat clothing in feminine fabrics,” explains Essie Weingarten, President and Founder of Essie Cosmetics, Ltd. “I was inspired by the vivid pastels at Versace and the splashy florals at DKNY. I created this collection to reflect the youthful, fun-to-wear flirty frocks.”
The Essie Summer 2010 Collection of shades will be available in June 2010. Retail price is $8 per bottle.
