Vera Wang Anniversary Fragrance

The name Vera Wang is practically synonymous with the word “wedding”, thanks to the her most-coveted bridal designs. So it makes total sense that the brand has launched a fragrance simply named “Anniversary” to celebrate their 20 years of jaw-droppingly beautiful creations.

Vera Wang Anniversary fragrance is extremely romantic, but definitely in a mature way. While some “romantic” scents have an air of innocense, Anniversary by Vera Wang projects sophistication. The notes combined in this beautiful polished glass bottle were clearly combined to drive home the point: 20 years, and we’re still madly in love!

Notes include Sicilian bergamot, red apple leaves, mandarin oil, white gardenia, rose absolute, orange flowers, golden amber crystals and warm cedarwood.

California Star Jasmine: Pacifica’s Latest Scent!

Funny–even though the season has technically changed, I am still gravitating to “Summery” fragrances. This scent preference is clearly my personal effort to cling to Summer, like a tired swimmer clawing at a life-preserver.

The latest favorite in my battle against Fall? Pacifica’s California Star Jasmine scent. Inspired by her Southern California surroundings, founder Brook Harvey-Taylor utilized notes of Star Jasmine flower and orange in her latest scent. Nothing perks up my senses like a zesty, citrusy zing. Combined with Star Jasmine Flower, the scent is both energetic and feminine.

Scent Genie Review: Amazing Atomizer!

I’ve mentioned before (perhaps too many times) that once upon a time I was a road warrior! Living out of a suitcase is difficult, in particular where bulky product is concerned. I managed to lighten the load with portable tools, like an atomizer.

Sadly, the atomizer I used was NOT the brilliant Scent Genie, pictured above! My atomizer was a tiny glass bottle with a funnel. To fill it, I had to spray, spray, spray my fragrance into the miniscule funnel. I almost always sprayed a fair amount on my hand in the process, wasting expensive perfume! Filling my atomizer was slow and messy (though still an improvement from carrying a full-sized bottle)!

The Scent Genie simplifies this process, and eliminates the mess and waste!
