Lately, I've been loving Estee Lauder's Double Wear Stay-In-Place Lipstick, a new release for Fall 2009. Unlike many long-wearing counterparts, Estee Lauder's Double Wear doesn't feel dry or chalky. And the color does truly last eternally! I sampled it before bed, and woke to lips still beautifully stained with color!
Double Wear Stay-In-Place Lipstick is available in 12 shades, and is packaged in a new Signature navy blue and golden fluted case with the Estée Lauder cartouche on top of the cap and Estée Lauder name embossed around center band. Available in shades: Stay Rose, Stay Pink, Stay Pinkberry, Stay Raspberry, Stay Mauve, Stay Plumberry, Stay Mocha, Stay Ginger, Stay Coral, Stay Scarlet, Stay Cranberry and Stay Ruby.

Shoppers at the Highly-Anticipated Fashion’s Night Out Event Will Bolster Commerce in NYC…and Help End Child Abandonment While They’re at it!
Best-selling author, advocate and creator of foreverlily fragrance, Beth Nonte Russell, is joining forces with Henri Bendel to provide the ultimate shopping experience during the first ever Fashion’s Night Out taking place September 10, 2009. Touted as the “A Global Celebration of Fashion,” New York’s glamour girls from East to West sides are counting the moments until they can storm the streets announcing they have a passion for fashion and are beguiled by beauty.
Conceptualized to promote retail and consumer confidence and to celebrate the fashion and beauty industries, the evening has transformed into an event to inspire the city of New York. For that reason, there is perhaps no event more fitting for inspirational brand GoodTrueBeautiful, Inc. and the signature fragrance, foreverlily.
Inspired by Beth Nonte Russell’s popular “Forever Lily,” an account of her unexpected adoption of a baby girl from China, the fragrance is meant to aid the wearer in opening the heart and reaching for the highest within them. The book, currently in its fifth printing is being adapted into a screenplay and the fragrance is coveted by leading ladies Jessica Alba and Dana Delaney. A portion of proceeds from the sale of foreverlily is donated to The Golden Phoenix Foundation, an organization – also founded by Russell – that aims to end child abandonment worldwide.
Signed, special edition versions of foreverlily and copies of “Forever Lily” will be sold at the event and Russell will be on hand to greet guests. Buzz of the fragrance’s participation has traveled up and down Fifth Avenue garnering excitement from downtown hipsters wanting something one-of-a-kind to new moms from the Upper East Side wanting a purchase that makes a difference.
Fashion’s Night Out will be the kickoff to New York Fashion Week and will be an evening of celebration, flowing champagne, musical performances, celebrity sightings, makeover stations and sweepstakes and Bendel’s is sure to be the center of it all.

From Richard Phillips (image below): Shades of green are HOT this season, and the Eye Shadow x 4 in "Photo Realism" (third shadow quad from left, retail $36) is a somewhat mono-chromatic green eye quad that is ideal to embrace this Fall trend. Lipstick in "Lovin It" (center lipstick, retail $14) is a warm shade of nutmeg brown. Powder Blush in "Notable" (second blush from left, retail $18.50) is a deep shade of terracotta that puts major emphasis on the cheeks!
From Marilyn Minter (image below): Rich, shimmery loose pigments are Marilyn's pick! Don't miss the deep eggplant purple shade "Push The Edge" (last pigment in bottom row, retail $19.50), as this Amethyst shade remains super-hot this Fall! To up the ante a bit, add "Brash & Bold" to your routine (second pigment from left in bottom row, retail $19.50). This bright pink shade can turn any wallflower into a goddess in 5 seconds flat!
