KenzoKi Nightshade Cream Review

KenzoKi Nightshift Cream works in a time-release fashion. Apply it before bedtime, and as you sleep it moisturizes the skin while releasing Himalayan Raspberry Extract to sooth the skin and make it appear more youthful. Good for both normal and combination skin-types, this ginger cream left my skin looking noticeably more radiant after use.

Note: save your precious product! Nightshift Cream should be stored in the fridge to keep the ingredients as potent as possible.

KenzoKi Fresh Jelly And Gumdrops Review

KenzoKi Fresh Gum Drops Kenzo is one of my all-time favorite fragrance brands. The brand is most easily recognized by its long, lean, poppy-inspired bottles and scents… but many don’t realize Kenzo also has the most amazing line of skincare products!

KenzoKi recently launched an exfoliant named Fresh Jelly and Gum Drops. The name itself piqued my curiosity, as did the claims of gentle exfoliation while simultaneously cleansing. My sensitive skin requires caution when using skincare, most especially exfoliating. KenzoKi Fresh Jelly And Gumdrops is perfect for those with sensitive skin. The granules in the cleanser actually DO feel like tiny bits of gum drops! Instead of a sandy, gritty feel, these little globby granules work by rolling gently over the surface of the skin. I was amazed by how radiant my skin looked after using this product only one time!

Pro Longwear Lip Creme

When MAC uses the term “longwear” to describe a product, you can bank on the fact that they aren’t exaggerating. MAC’s recently launched collection of lipsticks deliver eternally lasting color. The surprise, however, was the super-creamy, almost fluffy consistency of the formula. Unlike some long-wearing lipsticks, MAC Pro Longwear doesn’t feel chalky or dry. The feel is utterly creamy and decadent, and check out the lustrous finish in the swatches below!

As is my usual issue with long-wearing lipsticks, the color will eventually wear off unevenly. Even Pro Longwear will eventually wear off (hours later), and the inner lip is always the first section to be bare. The creamy finish of this product means this wear-off is easily remedied. I simply pressed my lips together and voila… it was like I had just reapplied!

The one gripe I have about this product is the shape that MAC selected for the lipstick. The tip of the lipstick is wide and flat. When applying the darker shades in the collection precision is a must, and it just can’t be accomplished without use of a lip brush.
