I positively love the way these waterproof eyeliner pots by tarte apply. They feel almost wet when they touch the skin, and a wee bit of product is really all that you need for vibrant color. Dry-time is moderate, so there’s plenty of time to blend and smudge away before the application sets! I’ve been on an extremely lucky streak lately, with regard to stumbling upon amazing hair care product!
The pinnacle of this lucky streak was when I was introduced to Klorane Nourishing Treatment Shampoo and Conditioner with Mango butter. Not only was this formula moisturizing, but the price-tag was reasonable!
