I have learned a very important lesson of late. When MAC uses the word “Creme”, you should sit up and take notice. I love Cremesheen lipsticks. Cremesheen’s sheer color and super-creamy consistency are off the charts.
A surprise is how much I have come to love this bright lavender shade of Cremesheen, “Lavender Whip”. In the tube, it looks shockingly bright. On the lips, it’s a delightful but subtle way to incorporate cheerful Spring color into your look. I have always loved pale purple shades on the eyes, but never imagined it could look so great on the lips!
Love it? Well, you’ll have to go on the hunt. Everyone else does too! Lavender Whip is sold out online, but do check your local MAC counter to sample it on yourself! While you’re there, be sure to check out the recently introduced Cremesheen Glass. Pair this lippy with Cremesheen Glass in “Ever So Rich”, a sheer lilac super-shiny gloss that adds show-stopping shine.

This week, the illustrious members of “Weekly Shopping and Goodies” are posting about their favorite sexy Spring shoes. You’ll most certainly read about many a Spring stiletto in this week’s link roundup, but Raging Rouge has a different definition of sexy.
In perhaps the most unique approach to anti-aging I've ever heard of, Kenzo has recently released Belle de Jour, their solution to mother nature's wrath.
A friend and I were just discussing cheek color, and she mentioned that since entering her 30s, she has avoided powder blushes in favor of cream-based colors. Why? These dewy alternatives to a traditional powder blush impart a youthful appearance. Trust me, younger readers, someday this will be very important to you!
