Frederic Fekkai is determined to make you fat.
No, no… Not in the way a frenemy would, tempting you with cookies in the hopes that you’ll gain 5 pounds while they stand looking slender at your side. Mr. Fekkai wants to fatten each and every strand of your hair, and a new product in his arsenal helps achieve stronger, healthier and fatter hair quite expertly.
Frederic Fekkai recently launched All-Day Hair Plump, a leave-in treatment designed to moisturize hair and smooth damaged cuticles. If you’re looking for a quick boost, this isn’t your product. (Actually, if you must have volume immediately, I highly recommend Frederic Fekkai Coiff Bouffant Lifting and Texturizing Spray Gel). But what All-Day Hair Plump will ultimately deliver is well worth the wait. This time-released formula delivers moisture to the hair all day. After a few weeks of continual use, I had to admit that my hair– well, it just plain looked better! It was smoother and fuller. It looked fantastic and healthy.
I went for a trim the other day, and my stylist was amazed when I told her I hadn’t had a haircut in 5 months! (Those of you who read Raging Rouge on a regular basis probably remember my "Raging Hair Distress" entry. Well, I was so scarred by the experience that I hadn’t had a cut since then!) The point to my tangent is this: All-Day Plump by Fekkai helped bring my hair back from the dead, and even an expert was amazed by the results.
Frederic Fekkai recommends using this product in conjunction with Overnight Hair Repair to maximize results, but it most certainly works as a stand-alone. All-Day Hair Plump retails for $95, and can be found at Neiman Marcus and Sephora.com
. Read more about it on the Frederic Fekkai website.

This volumizing shampoo is successful because of its incredibly clarifying formula. After using this shampoo only once, my hair felt completely cleansed of all buildup, and was left lighter and more voluminous. Laurent D’s Prive shampoo truly delivers.
Prive Mousse dispenses fluffy and airy, and delivers such incredible texture to the hair. If you read RR often, you know I’m not a fan of stiff styling products. I’d much rather opt for less product than perfect hair. Plastic-feeling hair is not for me.
