I have sung the praises of Urban Decay's 24/7 Glide On Eye Pencils many a time here on Raging Rouge. When I first had the opportunity to sample these eye pencils, I fell so in love I immediately began accumulating the colors I knew I would wear often (Bourbon, Dime, Gunmetal, Rockstar, Stash and Zero are among my favorites).
For Spring 2009, Urban Decay has announced that four new 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil shades will be joining the 15 shade deep collection: Flipside (bright teal), Underground (metallic taupe), Graffiti (bright medium green with silver sparkle) and Ransom (bright iridescent purple). Underground is a slightly lighter shade than Bourbon, and is uniformly metallic rather than laced with sparkle. It's a must-have for the woman who lives for brown shades of eyeliner, but hates wearing the same shade every day! While this pencil is universally flattering, it's especially a great choice for blondes–due to its paler hue.
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils are infused with Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E and Cottonseed Oil, leading to smooth application (no jagged lines here)! After about 30 seconds, the formula dries to a waterproof finish with major staying power.
