When I first received PearlLuminous, I applied it immediately, without reading any of the enclosed materials.
My reaction was "What the… Is my kabuki brush wet?" But no, it turns out it wasn’t my brush! This unique loose powder was created with water-encapsulated particles to cool, soothe and hydrate the skin! While the immediate feeling is one of dampness, I assure you that this powder applied quite dryly, and it’s light-diffusing qualities make the skin look younger and more luminous. What a coup!
