Benefit Cosmetics New Release: Thrrrob

Fans of Benefit Cosmetics are all familiar with Georgia, Dandelion, Dallas and Hoola… Well, Benefit has added another face powder to their collection! Thrrrob is a youthful pink shade that complements every complexion, from the fairest of the fair to the darkest of the dark.
Why does it work for everyone? The color was specifically designed to mimic the way skin appears when your heart is racing. I personally adore the color this adds to the cheeks. Thrrrob makes the skin look beautiful and glowing, but not made up. What a great Valentine’s Day gift this would make for the beauty lover in your life!
Benefit’s Thrrrob Face Powder retails at Benefit Cosmetics for $28.
La Mer Introduces The Cleansing Foam

Those of my readers addicted to La Mer will be happy to hear that The Cleansing Foam has been introduced this January!
If you’re a fan of a foaming cleanser, you’ve found your match with La Mer’s Cleansing Foam. I had the opportunity to get a sneak peek at this product in December, and was amazed at the incredible luxurious foam it creates. Seriously… it foams up almost like a shave gel! While gentle enough for any skin type, this cleanser is ideal for combination skin, as it cleanses dry skin without over-drying but simultaneously vaporizes excess oil.
What makes this cleanser so special? It contains marine extracts (to calm skin and reduce irritation), jade and pearl powders (to refine the skin) and La Mer’s magnetized tourmaline and Deconstructed Waters formula (to improve cleansing performance). This combination of ingredients washes away makeup and dirt without stripping the skin.
Retail price of the new addition to La Mer’s product family is $65 and will be available at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and the La Mer website.
Benefit Cosmetics Silky Finish Lipstick

During the holiday season, my Mom was describing her nightmarishly dry cross-country flight. For whatever reason, the climate in the cabin was incredibly arid, causing passengers to frequently request water from the flight attendants and compulsively apply lip balm. Curious about what product Mom turned to for soothing her tortured lips, I asked if she carried a lip balm. She said no… she instead leaned on an incredibly moisturizing, emollient lipstick that I had given her as a gift. Mom pulled a long, sleek black lipstick case from her bag that I recognized immediately as lipstick from Benefit.
By strange coincidence, it just so happened I had treated myself to a tube of this lipstick only weeks before. The shade Rocket Pop is a matches-with-anything neutral tone that can be worn in any season. Benefit’s Silky Finish Lipstick also happens to moisturize extremely well, making it the perfect choice for anyone who needs her lipstick to multi-task… Adding color to her lips while eliminating dryness.
Benefit Cosmetics Silky Finish Lipstick is available in 24 different shades, ranging from racy red to sheer pink, and retails for $16 st Benefit Cosmetics.
